Allen Image magazine article

Today I picked up the large posterboard cover of the magazine cover and a bunch of magazines to give to friends and family. They told me that the magazine had already been mailed out and that some may have even arrived today. Because of this, I’ve decided to write a blog entry to say hi to the people (my Allen neighbors!) that might be visiting because of the article.

Hi :)

I’m glad you decided to come to my website. I hope you enjoy the music and the videos here. I also hope to see you at my performance in August. I set up this blog because some of my elderly family members had a hard time with Youtube and this makes it easier for them to see what I’m up to. You can also find me on Facebook.

Unfortunately, my full CD is not finished, but I do have some music for sale online. You can purchase high quality digital downloads @ CrisGale.com as well as purchase a cute little usb drive with my music on ebay.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy the ocarina as much as I do!

Cris

Adagio in G minor – Live in Budrio – 2011 Ocarina Festival Performance

Here’s my performance at the church. It was a huge honor for me to have the opportunity to share the stage with the best players in the world.

You can blame my husband for the shaky camera work :)

(note : this performance is actually in D minor)

Lost Painting from Castlevania SOTN on STL Purple Clay Triple Ocarina

This is another piece from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. It’s always exciting to find a piece that uses the full range of my triple ocarina.

The ocarina I’m playing is the Purple Clay Triple ocarina from STL Ocarina.

As always, thanks for watching! :D

Requiem from Castlevania SOTN on STL Porcelain Tenor G

SOTN was my first exposure to the Castlevania series and I still go back and play it from time to time. It’s always nostalgic for me because this is one of the games that really turned me into a gamer. With dialog like

“What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets”.

How could you not love Castlevania :)

The ocarina I’m using is the STL Blue and White Porcelain Tenor G:

As always thanks for watching!
